Live 360 Running Tracker is designed as a private fitness tracking app. The App does not require account signup or login.

The App may use motion and fitness data to count steps, estimate movement, track activity, and calculate your 360 Movement Score.

• Movement progress

Location Data

The App may request location access when you use running or route tracking features.

Location data may be used to:

• Track your running route
• Calculate distance
• Estimate pace
• Display your route on a map
• Save run history locally on your device

Live 360 Running Tracker uses location only for activity tracking features. The App does not use your location for advertising.

Health Data

If you choose to connect Apple Health, the App may read selected health and fitness data with your permission.

This may include:

• Steps
• Walking and running distance
• Workouts
• Active energy
• Other fitness data you choose to allow

Health data is used only to provide fitness tracking, progress insights, and movement score features.

User-Entered Data

You may enter or save information inside the App, such as:

• Step goals
• Running goals
• Mood after a run
• Notes
• Preferences
• Activity records

2. How We Use Information

Live 360 Running Tracker uses information only to provide and improve app functionality, including:

• Counting daily steps
• Tracking runs and walks
• Calculating distance, pace, calories, and active minutes
• Displaying route maps
• Showing your 360 Movement Score
• Saving run history
• Showing fitness progress and insights
• Personalizing goals and app experience
• Sending optional reminders, if enabled

3. Local Storage

Live 360 Running Tracker is designed to store your activity data locally on your device.

Your run history, steps, goals, mood tags, route records, and fitness progress may be stored using local device storage.

We do not require:

• Account registration
• Login
• Cloud profile
• Social profile

If the App does not use any backend server, your personal activity data remains on your device unless you choose to export, share, or delete it.

4. No Sale of Personal Data

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with advertisers, data brokers, or third parties.

5. Third-Party Services

Live 360 Running Tracker may use Apple system frameworks and services to provide app functionality, such as:

• CoreMotion
• CoreLocation
• MapKit
• HealthKit
• Local notifications
• App Store purchases

These services are provided by Apple and are used to enable features on your device.

If the App includes subscriptions or in-app purchases, payment processing is handled by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store your payment card information.

6. Apple Health Data

If Apple Health integration is enabled, your Health data is handled according to Apple’s HealthKit rules.

We do not:

• Sell Health data
• Use Health data for advertising
• Share Health data with third parties
• Use Health data for unrelated purposes

You can manage or revoke Health permissions anytime in the Apple Health app or your iPhone Settings.

7. Location Privacy

Location data is used only when required for running, walking, distance, pace, or route tracking features.

You can control location permissions from your device settings.

If location access is disabled, route tracking and some distance features may not work properly.

8. Notifications

If you allow notifications, Live 360 Running Tracker may send reminders related to:

• Step goals
• Running goals
• Activity reminders
• Streak reminders
• Progress reminders

Notifications are optional and can be disabled anytime from your device settings.

9. Data Deletion

Because Live 360 Running Tracker stores activity data locally, you can delete your data by:

• Deleting activity records inside the App, if available
• Using a “Clear All Data” option, if available
• Deleting the App from your device

Deleting the App may remove locally stored activity data from your device.

10. Children’s Privacy

Live 360 Running Tracker is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children under the age required by applicable law.

The App does not require account signup or personal profile creation.

11. Data Security

We use local device storage and Apple-provided system frameworks to help protect your information.

However, no storage method is completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your device protected with a passcode, Face ID, Touch ID, or other security settings.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted inside the App or on the page where this Privacy Policy is hosted.

The updated Privacy Policy will include a new effective date.
